A little about me...
Born in Manchester. Trained as an engineer at Ferranti in Hollinwood, Brief period with HM Forces (UK & BAOR) then moved to ICI in Blackley until 1980 and transferred to ICI Squires gate Blackpool where I took up the post of senior inspector, then promoted to quality manager until 2000.
In 2000 I became quality. Health & Safety Manager for the "Market Now" Group of companies, covering Lancashire and West Yorkshire, /installing and maintaining quality systems to ISO9001, QS9000 /TS16949 (Automotive), AS/EN9100/9120 (Aerospace)
In 2006 recruited to ISOQAR Ltd in Manchester as a Lead Auditor, auditing companies to Quality standards. I then joined a large Blue Chip engineering company in Cumbria, to manage the quality, health and safety systems.
In 2008 I decided to utilise my experience in quality, health and safety and started my own consultancy business providing quality, health and safety management and support in the implementation, management and maintenance of quality, health and safety systems for small to medium size companies in Lancashire and Yorkshire.
I am a member of Business Link North West Lancashire, West Yorkshire and The Lancashire Chamber of Commerce.
